Ha funny you should say that steve i have been looking at them .
We did have a toyota townace 8 seater then sold it to get the shogun 7 seater.

Will be geting another shogun soon though

Yeah, I know Previas are cheap and they can go on forever. I love things like the Town Ace, Space Cruiser. They do look so dated now, but thats what I love about them.

I was lookin at the previa too- purely due to my parents getting older and the space will benefit
thm as also my kids whn they get older.

Prices are so cheap for the import ones too.
And with some running on lpg - even cheaper to wallet!

Else a kia sedona not as good but cheap and loads of space.
Else if budget can stretch....volvo xc90?
    Quasqai 7seater
    even humble ford galaxy!

    Welcome, very interesting
Any idea how it got there?

I almost bought a white UK model here, I like the roof on the Euro version - is it swappable?

    Hi
not sure if swappable - hopefully more senior members can answer that for u.

Its a 1988 japanese import (i prefer the power hood) .
    It thn went to cyprus
before endung up in the uk in 1999?

Nobody else here has access to both types - so I guess you're it, these models are becoming so scarce they are becoming a huge novelty item

Uh-oh thats a huge responsibility! Lol

Are u wanting to kno if the targa roof can swop to a power roof and/or vice-versa?
Or that would the cloth roof bit being interchangeable?

If u open a new thread here and ask...and i ll ask at the ccuk (uk) forum too.
Sorry i am too new to know myself!

Yup............. very nice without the top and much better without that 'un-original' and ridiculous rear light on the rear bumper :suicide
