usdm makes 135hp i think and i thought the fe makes 115hp. When i do get a 3s-ge in there i will either buy a usdm and put my jdm or edm parts whatever it is or just buy a jdm or edm 3s-ge. what doy you have in yours?

im sorry to report but there have been more problems with my swap :( the new flywheel from the 3s-ge wont fit the one on the 2s-e(which was previously an auto) and apparently they have the exact same part number does anyone happen to know if auto and manual 2s-e have diffrent cranks? or if i could modify that flywheel to fit? (im willing to accept offers for a 2s-e flywheel)

    3S-GE/GTE flywheels have 8 bolts
    [IMG]

1S, 2S and early FE flywheels have 6 bolts - the cranks are all the same for man/auto
    [IMG]

You need a flywheel from an early FE/1S/2S - nothing else will fit the 2S crank (<1989)
In fact I think the FE flywheel may not work as your starter/box is the same as the GE
(GE flywheel is 10mm smaller than FE)

oh ya its temporary im now down 60hp lol. im rebuilding the 3s-ge with second gen pistons and connecting rods and im going to get my cylinder head machined with new valve guides or i will just buy a new first gen cylinder head...i might use 3rd gen pistons and connecting rods if they will have engough clearence with a t-vis head

ya just found out that my cold air intake wont fit on the 2se throttle body :banghead so im going to see if the 3sge one will fit on the 2s intake manifold. Now im thinking the since my 3sge has been through so much (internally the crank, camshafts and the valve springs are the only parts undamaged) so i will be looking a first gen jdm 3s-ge or i will buy a cdm 3s-ge and convert it with my jdm parts.

i noticed something strange about my gauge cluster in my gts the speedometer and tachometer are in the opposite locations compared to every other one that iv seen on th forum...is this just a cdm thing?

In LHD cars the speedo is on the right
Your stalk/hazard and demist switches are also reversed but the ignition switch stays on the right
