Shifter Bushing Kit Upgrade

does anyone else have a small amount of play in thiers?
-on mine if you rock the stick sideways (like checking for neutral) there is a very small amount of play between the bushing and the ring on the cable. this translates to about a half inch of play at the stick. but the up/down is tight.

-maybe my cable was replaced at some point with something else?

 

Are guys getting these? I mean the ones who ordered from the second set. I bought it on 22th, and the usps Track & Confirm still sais nothing, except they were informed about this shipment.

 

Second shipment delivered to me quickly... 3 or 4 days....

 

I ordered mine saturday and got them tuesday. You do live across an ocean, so it might take a bit longer.

 

Yes I know it's not that quick in my case. What worries me is that I bought another stuff the same day, and usps sais it's already in my country.

 

Not sure about it but have seen very little slop from the Speed-Source bushings, could be I'm not going to let over paying be ruined by a little thing like shifter slop. :aargh

@LionTR : I just got some this week an it came in already!

 

I still don't see any datas (LJ61 4357 641U S)
But I have asked the seller on eBay and he ensured me that he sent it. Not like I don't trust him, it's only strange for me because I could see all the details with my Autopal headlights (CQ68 0657 086U S). The seller told me that he never saw international tracking number starting with CQ, and that USPS doesn't support international tracking, but that's clearly not true. I think he just sent in a cheaper way, and that's why I don't see anything. After all, shipping was only 13 USD, which is very cheap.

So it should be fine, I should be getting it soon, I just cannot follow where it is

Well, I've sucked with the installation, big time :aargh
Removed the front one and changed it no problem, but the rear one is a f*in' bitch!
The rubber part of the bushing tore apart as I pulled the cable end upwards, and the metal part remained there and I just couldn't get it off :banghead
It's getting dark now so I had to leave it, but I will try again tomorrow. Luckily I work at home, and don't have to drive anywhere tomorrow, but I can no longer put the old one back, so I'm not going anywhere until it's off and the new one is on :sad5
