Went for a spin last night, these are great - nice clean shifts, what a difference!

In the past I also had a small issue with getting it into reverse,
    no problem whatsoever now

Mine were bad and needed it. Yours might of been ok where you might not notice much difference with the new 1's.
    I'm just speculating though.

i was kidding. ive never driven the car so no idea what it used to feel like. both were good. just replaced to be fancy.

-i thought stig might find this interesting. i think 1 had been replaced, or.... i had 1 solid rubber and 1 slotted rubber.

Yeah, most have been replaced already, the worn bush makes it harder to find gears
but once the bush starts collapsing from oil contamination..... it's time to replace all your
    bushes and seals

Whats the overall fit of these supposed to be like? Just take the old ones out and put these in? I have my set but havent installed them yet.

    perfect
Exactly. 1 is tougher to get to than the other, but unless they're stuck on you won't have to remove anything to get at them.
If you need more room to work due to bigger hands or whatever, you only need to remove the air box/afm/air intake tube. In my case the 1 was stuck on, so I had to remove the charcoal canister to get at to work it free :cheers
