That is one sexy looking steering wheel, I like the red stiching, and I don't think the logo looks to out of place :)

Thanks for the tips guys! :)
Thinking about getting a Celica or the Celica dragon logo for the center, but we'll see.
One thing that kinda bugs me is that the stitching doesn't seem to be of very good quality. I feel like I could easily tear the strings out... Any ideas on what I could do there?

Thanks! :) I guess the main reason why I'm not a fan of the red is because my car has a blue interior, and I kinda like having a uniform theme throughout the car.

Got some extra surprises for my car. :)

Unfortunately, before I had the chance to put them on, my car had to do this to me...

Looks like this is goodbye for the Celica unless I can find a cheap fix for it... (Any ideas what to do with that trunk hinge?)

    Yeah... :banghead

Maybe go to a welding place? Ask for a quote or something about a little bracket hinge fix. I don't think they'd charge too much. I mean, it's only a hinge.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna have to get rid of it... :toetap05 (Parents won't let me keep it anymore)

So much for that lip I just molded, and lowering springs... (Thank God I didn't order those coilovers yet...)

Gonna be selling/junking it soon so if anyone wants it... :sad5

Why won't they let you keep it? How bad is the car leaking? I just found out my car is also leaking coolant as well but the oil leaks I have a almost quarter sized. If your car is leaking like mine it should be fine, no?

Re: Goodbye (To be) Hellaflush Celica (probably)

I mean the problems aren't THAT bad.

It's just that my parents no longer feel safe with me driving this car since more problems due to age keep arising. :sad5

I'll get back in the 4th gen scene eventually... (hopefully with a '165.) but it'll probably have to be after I move out of my parent's house, and have a more stable job... (at least 3 to 4 more years...)

Leaks aren't too bad, but it's a leak none the less, and it's making a little mess in the driveway.

You guys know I really don't want to scrap it, but if I can't sell it or part it out for enough money, than that's really my only other option... :banghead

Hey Thaifighter............ You and your parents and anybody else needs to chill for a bit.......... I can see you've had issues with the car but keep it and get that hinge welded but preferably replaced, then get it reliable for daily use.
Do your mods one at a time and plan to get them done quickly at home or wherever is practical with friends and family to help you get them done ASAP so you can drive again ASAP......... oh yeah, don't forget the repair manual and numerous people here to help if needed.

    Drive..........Enjoy. :cheers

Re: (To be) Hellaflush Celica: I'm not allowed to get rid of

    changed your title.

i will come down there and kick your parents in the head. a small leak and a busted hinge are not reasons to get rid of a car. these cars are far safer than anything you can buy now. i've been in a very bad accident in a st165 and the car literally saved both myself and csnyder. rolled 4 times, flipped once and skid for 15 feet. we walked away from that with a few small bruises. the funny part was the car was still running upsidedown. the damage to the car was cracked windshield and the a piller on the drivers side was moved about 4 inches into the cabin. honestly looking back it was a fun ride (not that i would ever suggest doing such a thing). my point is look for pictures of modern "cheap" cars that have done such things. the story is not the same.
