rye's 88 GT-S

These need hid's in them for sure...or at least bulbs without a silver coated tip....kinda defeats the purpose of projection when the tip of the bulb has chrome on it!

 

I think I'm going to get rid of the muffler and put the stock one back on....it's too loud...haha...want another one??

 

Man I drove past an 87 blue gt the other day ....actually 10 mins from my house...it looks like the car may be just parked....if I can get my hands on that.....it would be incredible, then I wouldn't have to worry about this god forsaken etest anymore!!

 

I think the motor might be fucked at this point.... The #4 spark plug had a bunch of oil on it when I changed them... I think that might have something to do with it...

I've put a new cat on...

New o2 sensor....

Changes the EGR valve....

Oil change...air filter....spark plugs....


The NOx is off the charts....and it's either because the engine is fucked, or because it's an 86 engine testing to 88 standards, but the government gives me no say on what the standards should be, it's an 88 car, they test the emissions of an 88 car....assholes!

so yeah..it's pretty much because the government wants money from me so they won't let it pass an etest...something to do with global warming or something.

 

I haven't drove my car since July...

The grille it came with was beat up and cracked pretty bad....also I was missing a side marker light, and I had an 86 parts car so I just grabbed the grille and lights off of that.
