ive learned something on the internet..Guys who are fast [like maf] dont brag about their stuff..the bench racers talk shit.

 

had some tool in a sentra try to race me, I knew there were some big curves up ahead (4 lane road) so I stopped accelerating at 70, he came up behind me and flew past (cause that's racing apparently) goes itno the corner at probably 100+, the back end comes loose and he overcorrects and mashes the brakes, so he fishtails more and more and more until he slides to s stop sideways, then stomps on the gas and takes the first right.

fucking idiots. if you're gonna race a road or attack a road you need to KNOW what it's like. don't go blindly and push your car past its limits. I've tested mine and know them, most people don't.

 

TBH with all the police state stuff over here, its just not worth hitting the loud pedal anymore, as speeding is up there with murder and rape in the eyes of british justice, so hence why I am going with track days and sprinting, but a while back I found myself on a back road with a lancia delta intergrale and we had a lot of fun, the only other "kill" worth noting was a Z4 bmw, who look startled as I left him for dead joining a motorway up a slip road.

 

I have never raced anyone before, people have raced me though, lol.

the other nite i was coming home from a friends and a m3 pulled out in front of me sideway in the rain .he pulled up to the left turn lane reving the hell out of his m3 ,so i rolled my window down and said do you think you can beet me!!!!!.he laughed,i said i have 300 hp to the wheels he said so do i ,so i said you will lose because its raining he laughted.i said to him when i beet you tell your friends that a old man in a old celica beet your ass.we left the light and thats the last he saw of me ,i did wait untill 2nd gear to give it to him then showed him my flasher :twisted:

Scorpin, you got pretty low KM's on your engine it shouldnt be that bad. Do you think theres a possibility that soemthing like a MAF, injectors or an O2 is slowing you down?

 

I had a play a while ago with a WRX scooby, with my slippin clutch at the time I had to be gentle but kept up easy with him, if I had my current set up then, I think I could keep a evo 260 or a std STI honest.

Raced an Astina (looked slightly modified) from the lights on Thursday night. I wasn't sure if he wanted to, then he sped past, i caught up, past him, then he was trying to catch me up until about 170km/h where we stopped for a round about. Was a 60km/h zone as well.
