Sorry man been running like crazy with these new house projects and all! When I installed my headlight covers, I simply drilled 2 holes on the fender side, and installed 2 bolts and nuts to give a gap. On the opposite side, I attached aluminum L-channel with pop rivets, then drilled straight down into the aluminum grill support I added earlier. The 2 bolts just slide into corresponding hole in the top edge of the fender, and the a single bolt holds it all in place on the grill support.

In the future, I am planning to build an aluminum sub-frame beneath these covers and use Dzus (1/4 turn) fasteners to hold the in place, this will make removal much quicker and also easier. I will try to take some better pictures and post them up of the current setup.

Nothing lately, still trying to get power back to my shop. I have about 4-5 out buildings that need power again, first of which will probably get close to a 100 amp service, and it's over a hundred feet from the house panel. This building supplies power to my shop (garage) and that power will be upgraded at the same time, hopefully to at least 60 amps, if not more!

That part came from Summit Racing, I bought it along with the double D steering shaft and support heim joint. If I remember correctly they were all made by Allstar Racing Products.

Yeah, the double D shaft material is standard for all steering shafts. I reworked the telescope/tilt feature to be set at one height, doing away with about 5 pounds of unneeded steering column. Can't remember any part numbers, just go to www.summitracing.com and look under Allstar Performance parts.
