hum... good point, i'll see if i can find some that are at least similar angles and throw them up side by side {edit, i will take a few pics tomorrow at the same angles as the ones with the old springs lol

ya, mephs seats are really nice. they hug u really well too, i cant imagine its possible to slide around very much in them. and at least for my car springs made a huge difference. it goes, stops, turns, and looks better all cause of the springs, i really couldn't be happier with them.

looks great. best part is when you described how it feels. lol. just curious, how much did it come up to? and was any other things needed to be done to complete the job?

ya there were a few things replaced but i dont recall off the top of my head what they were. im at school until late friday but when i get home i'll post up what all they did and how much it was to give you (and anyone else interested) an idea of what it might cost of them done. i do know it was pretty expencive but at least in my opinion well worth the money, it feels like a celica should. for my car it has helped it go, stop, turn and ride better. since theres less roll, less nose dive stopping, and less rocking back under hard acceleration. lol although they have been making me drive my car a lot harder then i normally do, but that will prob start to slowly ware off... maybe.

alright this is the break down of what it cost me to get the spring put in at a shop. I bought the springs from the tire rack online and they were like $190 + shipping + tax or something
    parts
2 rear sway bar links $65.66

labour (or labor for americans lol)
remove and install front springs $198.95
remove and install rear springs, replace rear sway bar link kits $207.60
    4 wheel alignment $97.50

total 569.71 (before taxes and without the cost of springs)

I'd rather spend an entire weekend putting in springs than pay that much. Damn.

oh well, its cold out, i would havta buy a bunch of tools that woulda cost over $200 and the only time i get to drive my car is on the weekends so to me it was expencive but worth it, especially since it only really cost me $150 over what it woulda cost me to do it myself. i wish i had a friend with a shop or a bunch of tools that would let me use stuff after hours tho or for that matter just one that could help me with stuff lol that would be awesome.

oh does anyone know what it would look like to have the pizza style wheels in all black?? mine look like ass and i cant get them clean and looking good so i think i might just paint the whole thing black... pictures and or comments are much appreciated! :D

I painted the inside of my pizza cutters black, it looks a lot better. All black might look good too.

Wow that is costly! I was gonna buy em from tirerack too along with a set of gr2's they have on sale. To be honest, I believe that here in ny the labor will be much cheaper..

you got ripped off man... you could of done that yourself easily besides the wheel alignment i suppose without the right equipment..it is pretty straight forward to change springs: jack it up, unbolt + remove strut, clamp springs, remove, replace, rebolt...too easy

after the math it wasnt that much more expencive then doing it myself, plus its too cold, so it was worth it to me

$405 dollars you could of saved doing it yourself lol...i strongly recommend u not to be lazy and learn how to do simple tasks! i would of loved to have that extra money to spend on my car !!!
