I'll soon be getting a new whiteface speedo, it's only gonna cost me 20. I love my JDM cluster too, it even us the speedbell!! It's also preparation for the 3SGTE engine, as when I put it in, I can just switch over the tachometer.

im confused, why would you swap to a cluster that reads the same figures, also cant you re use the white faces you already had?
i thought youd prefer an sx cluster with the nicer figures

I swapped it to the JDM cluster because it has twin trip meters, and I'll be getting the new jdm gauge whiteface soon anyways, so I'm not too worried.

hey guys, me again!! i finally got around to wiring up my GT-Four Seats, so i have the bolster and lumbar support all wired up and ready to go. and i did my own oil change for once... the only thing i dont like about the 3S engine, is the awkward spot of the oil filter... got it changed tho, thanks to a mate of the familys with a pair of filter pliers.

    Re: My Celica ST162 coupe

I found the cause of my overheating woes: podfilter sucking in hot air. so i re-installed the standard airbox (temporarily, i might add) and alls good. just curious however, what is a error code 15? something to do with the AC according to my repair book, but how do i fix it?

    Re: My Celica ST162 coupe

are u sure the over heating is caused by the open filter?
i have pod and it didnt effect my temperature. i'd look more into it if i were you.
i dunno but the oil filter seems pretty easy to get out, i just reach down in there and give it some muscle and it always comes off by hand for me haha.
    nice gauges btw

86celicaGTS, oil filter is changed already. and im pretty sure its the cooling system itself is in need of a flush, so ill do that tomorrow. and cheers mate.

Cooling system fixed!! amazing what a full bottle of rad flush does, and then 1 1/2 litres of coolant + Distilled water does.

Bad news: Cypher is still acting up. im going to take her to a mechanic to look her over, and make any repairs neccesary. i was driving home from work, when the temprature gauge rose again, and whats worse, i myself almost collapsed from heat exhaustion... this weather is pissing me off...
