No, it's from a Toyota. Could be a Corolla or Avensis, afaik those are 5x100.

Yesterday we swapped the two front wheels as my girlfriend's dad suggested (the tires are not fixed direction). On the way home the car was going slightly left instead of right, so it looks like it's not a suspension problem. The wheels are balanced, I double checked them before this season, so I don't really understand what's the cause. Did one tire wear asymmetrically? I put 0.2 bar more pressure into the left front wheel and now it's about right.

I ran into a great deal today on eBay! My momo superturismo pedals were great, but sadly after some years the grip pieces on my clutch pedal wore off completely and it's very slippery, especially if my shoes are wet. Since I cannot buy the grip pieces separately, I was searching for another set, but all other momo sets were just too pricey, until now! I just bought a set of these for 33USD including shipping:

Well, three weeks have passed and I didn't receive the pedals yet. More bad news is, that the seller disappeared from ebay, it's no longer a valid account. Will this be my first bad experience with ebay? :(

Thanks :) I have more plans as well, will do them one by one.

I'll wait for the end of the week, and will start a "didn't receive issue" on eBay customer support.

    Update:
I have gone through the eBay issue process, and since I could not contact the seller (I even wrote to him to his paypal address, and also found the online shop and tried to contact them there as well) eBay gave me a full refund.

Although this was my first time not getting a paid item on eBay, it turned out well and they truly protect the buyer.

I just wanted to thank everyone who voted for me for ROTM july.

    Updates:
    - Last week we were on holiday, and on some other journeys. Some trips we had with four people, and trunk packed full. Rear arches were so close to the tires, I could not fit my finger in. But there was no rubbing at all, even though we were going on some quite bad roads as well. And I quite liked the look! So I decided to install my Eibach springs to the rears as well, along with a pair of rear spring insulators, the lower part of the current ones are worn and ugly. I did 665km total, with a 7.6 liter average consumption, I'm totally satisfied given the fact of the plus weight :)

    - Car was doing well on the journeys, and with my new exhaust (oem spec Bosal ST162 center part + rear muffler) it was very confortable. Still, I miss a bit of sporty sound so it can be that my ever changing exhaust layout will be modded again. I think I'll put back the rear muffler only, that way it will have some more sound but won't be that loud as before. And there is an other thing, the current muffler makes an awful rattling sound while it's not on operating temperature. Don't ask why, I don't get it either, but after like 5km the rattling goes away, but if I stop for 10mins and the rear muffler cools down, it starts over. Strange.

    - An other project is my long overdue front seats renewing. I was searching for an other set a lot this year too, but given up totally. I wanted them to be made before our holiday, but the company who I want to give them to is full of work until august, so next week I'll try again.

    - I'm also searching for a container shipping company here, who would bring me a set of new axles and a remanufactured steering rack from the US, those things are ridiculously cheap over there, compared to our prices. Once the seats are done, I'll ask them a price offer.

hey the tire pulling issue you were having...this does actually happen. it's an internal tire issue. the only fix is to replace said tire.

I see. Yes, I've heard that this happens sometimes, but as long as I can compensate it with 0.2 bar difference, it's not worth a new pair of tires for me :)

Lovely pics, your brother can bring his camera over anytime

The tyre issue, did you stand them up next to each other? That sometimes shows if there is camber wear and if it is even on both tyres.
I'm worried the same thing will happen again with the other tyre and the adjusters are days away btw.
I'm going to make a simple camber gauge (indicator) by bolting 2 1m planks together sothat they can swivel, place one on the ground and the other against the tyre, tighten the bolt and then put it up against the opposite tyre to compare camber
The steering will feel funny until the tyres wear to the new cambers

The pedals - do you want rubbers? I had a few sets of mint rubbers somewhere

    What spacers you running?

7,6l ave is amazing considering it's a high performance 2l motor and the car was loaded, best I can get is around 10-11l atm
but I live in a valley with lots of geriatric drivers.
    What size are the injectors?

I have a 16in "space saver" spare rim too - took it from a Lexus E300, you can find them on Altezza or Windom too

Thanks, I'll let him know :)

Tyres - no we don't, I guess I just have wait too, to let them wear a bit.
Pedals - thanks, but I don't feel the oem rubber that comfortable. It's extra slippery when wet, and extra grippy when my shoes are started to dry.
Spacers - 25mm on the back, none on the front.
Injectors - there was some discussions about this on the beams forum, some say that they are 340cc and others sware they are 360cc.

It would be interesting to know because I bought gen3 injectors only to find they are 372cc

For my car I measured 20mm rear but the 25mm looks good

Hm, strange, as I imagine, they injector sizes should grow with the engine generations :)

Read the no's on the side and check on the web is the only way, ours are Denso top feed

Yes, with each gen more air in = more fuel to burn it. Maybe the injector durations changed or yours just stay open longer at high revs
Whatever they did it sure seems to work

all injectors aren't created equal. they may have a better spray pattern etc and due to the head design the burn may be better and not require as much fuel for the same results.

also, inj's a rated at a minimum flow. i sold a set of std gen3 3sgte 540cc inj's to a guy. after he had them cleaned and test said they came closer to 600cc...?

so that's possibly why there's variance between stats on paper, and others that have had them tested etc.

at the end of the day, if they flow enough for your requirements it matters not the number written down.
