well yeah I can see that it would and should run fine (especially if it plugs right in), however you'd think it would run better if you used the correct ECU. hell if I pull off a swap I'll try both and see.
emissions , timing and tuning give the 15 extra hp. believe it or not egr is a good thing for turbos.

Yah i still have it but i may be swaping the ge head onto a 5sfe block here pretty soon and might be running with the ge wiring harness and the jdm ecu. how soon are you needing it? it wont be going anywhere until i decide what im going to do.
Hey malodin, I'm slowly trying to assemble all my pieces and parts for this project. Right now I'm in no rush, but if I could get one of these in my hands it would make me more comfortable about this whole thing going togather smoothly. racerb 8)
is it worth me making my importers send me the JDM ECU and then sourcing a MAF and a coupla sensors? or should I just swap all the sensors for USDM now and be done with it?
they screwed up, i would still make them find you all that stuff and get it up and running in the mean time and then just swap out the jdm stuff, after all you payed with that stuff expected to be included
