not to hijack the thread but i have weird idling issues as well. starts off at the normal 2k when cold. start driving for bout 2 miles it drops to 1k. then goes down to 700-900. well if i drive a while and stop a few times in a row, actually turning the car off and then back on, the idle is between 500 and 750 and it starts to shutter pretty good. and then if i do it anymore times after this starts to happen, the car will turn over and then die so i have to put my foot on the gas so it stays awake and goes to the 500-700 spot and then drive. its pretty weird. it isnt a big deal but i do notice gas milage drops and its just kind of annoying. any thoughts. the car has a newer fuel filter, and the coolant does need to be changed, but would that sensor really affect the idle this way? thanks!

sounds like your idle is a little low.

you guys all need to make 100% sure you have no vacuum leaks or breaks/cracks in the intake track first then play with the screw.
