hey nice work !!! , i ended up ditching the wheel well filter thing have now have a poddy back in the engine bay but the batterys in the boot ! , tho the only problem i have at the mo is the PITA fuse boxes !! , so i had to move them close to the radiator then screw the smaller one to it then put my pod down the side of them both , i still wanna build a shield for it just a PITA for the location of those fuse boxes grr!!! tho i could move the filter back to the afm then build a big metal box going right down ?
I was wandering why your fuse boxes were there. Dont you have enough room to box in the pod filter? Couldn't you move the fuse boxes up the side of the engine bay, towards the passenger strut top?
got it from the markets at a car accessory shop. they sold them at two different ones i went in so you shouldn't have much trouble finding one if not try super cheap auto, repco tools, or autobarn
sorry for hijacking the your topic cannon lol well there a PITA and 1 of the cords isnt long enough so id have to cut it and run longer wires , but ill have another look 2mrw!
Dude the brick thing was in relation to sprey supporting his new exhaust with them to give the look of twin dual pipes, nothing in relation to your celica.
no probs, just could see you had the wrong end of the stick. BTW there is an additive you can get ( will try and google the name for you) that you can add to petrol if the cars going to be stood for a while, it keeps it far fresher, I use it when my celica is off the road in winter.
oh yeah nice, do you know what its called? i will look out for some next time im out anyway.. at the moment im adding like 2 litres at a time and keeping it on close to empty as i can so the fuel doesnt go stale and charging it on 2 amps overnight once a week
http://www.ready2race.co.uk/shop/shop.p ... ll&id=1229 I use this stuff, it works really well, I tend to keep the tank full as due to the UK climate, the fuel tanks can rust from the inside out with condensation building up over a long period of time with a near empty tank.
oh k thanx for the tips.. i hope ill be right for the rust as i live in western sydney.... bout an hour from the coastline or any beaches.. nothing else on my car has rusted yet so i doubt the fuel tank will.. i could be wrong.. your making me worry now
