as i live in washington state a/c is really pointless . especially cause it doesnt work hahaha. but is it hard to take out and would i need to get a new accesory belt...? im pretty sure removing it will help with my gas mileage

all you need is a new belt. plan on getting about 20 of them before you get the right one.

yeah but that seems to be the norm
when we put a new motor in our bronco they gave us every wrong part under the sun
but as to actuall removing the compressor and all related mumbo jumbo is it too terribly difficult

go get it discharged then pull it out, it'll come out pretty easy.

    Its really easy.

    You remove radiator
    Remove alternator for room.
    Undo AC hoses
    Unbolt AC compressor
    Un bolt lines at firewall
    Remove condensor
    remove glove box
    Pull out white heater box
    Remove inside
    Put hollow box back togeather
    Duct tape two holes.
    Put back in

I live in Washington, and fuck I wish I had A/C! Eatonville is even worse! But, whatever good luck. Think I'll get a SC300 to drive when it's too hot here. Soarer project?

My compressor is fucked, and it hasn't been below 90F all summer. I would kill for working A/C right now.

very lil power maybe 1-2 hp..The main thing it fress up is weight

    a/c assy
    piping
    box under your glove compartment

    prolly 70 lbs or so
