To me, those seem to be the same thing. If they fold automatically, they are electric. Besides, all of them are electric in that they have a switch that changes the mirror angle and still others have the electric defrost option.
I have the RHD folding mirrors. They are adjusted by the electric switch like all mirrors. But they fold manually. They will need paint. They have white bases and black glass housings.
I'm going to wager that you won't find them. There are only two people in the western world and are involved in our community that have a working pair. Myself and Stig. But just as a bit of advice. Since most people are unaware that they even exist and since all ST162/5 mirrors in all markets are indeed electric (whether as adjustable, heated, or both) you should refer to your desired mirrors as "Auto-Retracting" or "Automatically Folding". This will save you the trouble of having to explain what you need. To refer to them as electric does no good as it offers no answer to the reader's question as to "electric in what way?" I wish you the best of luck in your hunt. It took me many many many years to source them.
