Waste gate Actuator

    Quick question is where should the actuator be plummed in to. Mine has been disconnected and has a by pass valve put in.
    Should it be to the vacuum on the in let manifold

    There should be a nipple on the turbo compressor housing. There should be a line from there to the actuator. Then another line from the actuator to the TVSV system.

    People would usually cap the second one to run off wastegate pressure only or to install a MBC.

    So would you guys say it's better caped off or the oem set up through the tvsv

    This is the set up now

    Comes out of the turbo in to the bottom of the by pass valve then from the valve to the actuator .The other side of the actuator has been caped off. Not sure if this is set up right has this was how it was when i got her.
    Not really sure how much boost she is running at the mo haven't really had chance to find out from all the work she needed to be done.

    i've got that actuator straight into the compressor housing

    well...a mbc in the middle ;)
