little bit of an update, my credit card got misplaced... so I had to order a new one an once that comes in so do more toys! but it will take some time...
I've been looking at many wheel adapters, an measured my wheels which have a backspacing of 101.6mm vs stock 127mm the rims I got are 16x8. My question is how big should the adapters be?
You're gonna wanna find something as thin as possible to avoid this: :ack2 Thinnest adapters I've found for 5x120.65 is 19mm which can be found here: http://www.motorsport-tech.com/ I'm still not sure how far these will poke past the fender though... Hope that helps.
That's illegal in every country I know and most racetracks too, I used to think only Africans were that dumb I don't think anyone can answer that, depends on the tyres used and you'll then have to measure the gaps and see.
-there is a place out of florida that makes spacers....anything you want. cant find it again thou. ill post the link if i come across it. -you have to do some carefull measuring to figure it out. youd first have to figure out if an 8inch wheel with tire will fit inbetween the well and the strut. then i guess youd straight edge the face of the disk up and measure over to the strut and well. then youd be able to determine the correct size spacer.
For a 120.65 conversion? Can I have a link please? Been looking for adapters/redrilling as well. They're not the project nics ones are they? Lmao, I don't. Just found the pic in a ricer thread in a Lexus forum. XD I am curious what wheels he or she is running though. I'd like to know what wheels I should avoid. :lachtot
