   Yeah you will never have to buy another oil filter again. You ccan clean it with brake or carb cleaner.

   I think I'd much rather just put a new one in each time...especially since the crappy tire here usually has a deal on where you buy a 4L of Castrol (which I use) and you get a free Fram or something. The deal usually changes but every couple months the Castrol/Fram comes up again.
