    how much N/A tuning can be done on our cars. and whats the preference out there on NA vs Forced.

    Personally i have never driven a turboed or supercharged car. so for me i think driving on would be a bit odd as I am using to the response i get from NA and while having a turbo would boost that on shiftup i think it would throw me off.

    any ideas, or thoughts on the subject.

    Well I haven't driven any but I've riden in a supercharged MR2, didn't really notice much of anything when it kicked in. my preference is N/A for now, cause I can't afford to be running the high grades or to be breaking parts more often.

    FE- your stuck with a low HP engine- but alot of $$ can change that..not worth it.

    GE- very good platform- possible 180 with head and block work.

    And as far as feeling a difference thier is the initial burst in a N/A is great, but the PULL form a turbo is amazing!!

    Boost=Crack

    Hence the Boost Junkie.

    Spool up sound, kick in the ass of forced hp.....and then the blow off... Reminds me way too much of something else. :lol:

    The old Toyota of Atlantics made about 300HP on the 3sge motors. But it was around 32k each motor. It had a rev limit of 14k. I dont know where you can even find this motor, but money talks and BS walks my friend.

    Toyota made some bad ass open wheel cars. Look it F1 19k rev limit. Its all about how much money we want to invest.

    that's a FWD trans if it's an MR2 pull. the shift linkage is backwards that all.

    Someplace(on the old site) I thought that there was a write up on converting an MR2 Tranny to use the celi shift linkage. I MIGHT have printed it out. I will look if anyone is interested. Ive seriously thought about it :lol:

    I considered that option too...though having 5 reverse gears would be fun!
