Recently my passenger side rotating part (where the wiper arm joins) totally jammed up and caused the wiper to move very slowly.
I managed to help it temporarily, but I want a permanent solution. So, I took the one from my spare car, but that is in the exact same condition (driver side okay, passenger side cannot be moved with hand).

So I want to disassemble this part to clean it, but I don't see how.
    Did anyone do this before?

The pivoting shaft has a grove cut in it and their is a little round snap ring
that you have to remove. Once that is off you can remove the washer
and the pivoting shaft will drop out of the mounting bracket

Jod done, it rotates now perfectly :)
I just needed to clean the inside, there was no rust and the rubber parts are in very good condition too, so no real renewing was needed (my spare one is much worse, lol)
