rearwindow ddefogger switch

my rear defrost switch is by the gauge cluster.........even on my 88 it was in the same spot.

i've had an 87, 88, 89 and all of them have had the button beside the gauge cluster. pics for yours lonewolf?

 

the only switch i have by my ashtray is the cruise control switch which i got rid of anyways.

 

And what goes to the cluster, where the defroster switch should be in ST162s?

 

does the rear fog light only light up one of the brake lights.....i saw an audi that did that .

 

No, it's an other bulb.

never seen that before, looks like my cruise control button! damn toyota made a bunch of parts to tailor every market..

 

That space was completely blank for me. My rear defogger is on the gauge cluster side and cruise control on the steering wheel and center console. Very interesting the variation between all the years and models.
