    Hey guys quick question, are st185 and st165 waterpumps the same?? local part shop gave me; CWP3041 as a part number?? any idea if this will fit a 1st gen gte??

    Here is also part in question.. much cheaper then part shop as well :lol2 but its saying it willfit a gte and ge... im pretty sure they are different?? but anyways just checking before i buy.

    The pump housings are way different
    The 185 has a bigger thermostat and a water pipe to the cooler.

    The pump itself is interchangeable, there are several types with different size pulleys
    but all will work with the 165 housing, go for the bigger pulley if you can

    It wasn't by choice....

    When I 1st joined the boards people thought I was nuts - so I had to use pics to explain everything.

    Nowdays I just collect anything that looks interesting or maybe usefull to somebody

    Tip - don't load more than 45 pages of pics in 1 Photobucket directory, things tend to start crashing :stupid
    and finding stuff is just plain frustrating
