I asked him, and he sent you the item as a mail, and I was watching the table of prices for packets sent as a box. So if it's okay for you, I'll fit it in a mail. If I can detach the belt from all the metal pieces and brackets I think there won't be anything fragile after all. If all goes well I'll have them next weekend. Can you give me some advice on how to disassemble and get them out?
that's been a long time.... You have to get the sidepanels out in the rear...pain in the ass to do It's not a difficult job, just a lot of things to undo.. You don't need to hurry, the brown ones I have still function . PM me your paypal and total amount, I prefer if the roll-up part is not disassembled....that's a safety issue . Worst case I'll take them in a box and pay the money for that..
They are 2kg, about 2.25kg with packaging. Do you want the bolts / washers etc too (another 350g in weight ), or will you use your current ones? Sadly I can only send it as mail to the weight limit of 2kg's, and we are (just) over it, either way. So as a packet it's about 25 euros (2kg would be 17 euro as mail, so difference is not that big).
so it's 45 Euro in total... pm me you paypal (didn't I have that yet?) and I'll answer with my adress details. Include the bolts as it's the same price and sometimes bolts don't come off that easily .
So did Roy get this taken care of? I know he was looking for years. There are black ST162/5 front belts for sale in the FS forum right now.
