Need bgb scans

Another question I have, I have 2 wires with connectors that I have no real idea where they go. One is yellow with a blue stripe, the other yellow with a black stripe. They both come are near the water outlet, where the harness splits and goes to the starter, water outlet, IC, etc.... I'm guessing one goes on the tab at the back of the water outlet and the other to the oil pressure switch.

If anyone knows any more info about why my car isn't starting, (everything mechanical is in good condition and connected properly) I'd appreciate any comments or questions that could lead to it running.
