Who all has used one of these? Im pretty sure that I saw one in Mafix's build. Has anyone else used the oil level sensor? If not what do you do to block it off?:scratch

Which one? There's this one, which is for 1990-1995 Celica and All-Trac, or there's this one which is for "Most 1980 to 98 water cooled 4cyl engines"

I'd use that hole for an oil temp sender
Come to think of it I've never actually seen the factory oil sensor before? on any 3S/4S or 5S

Please post some decent pics as I'm going to have to make my own in steel

The hole is pretty high in the sump to be a temp sender. Its almost to the top of the pan. When I get it out at the garage Ill take some better pictures of the whole pan. You can get a good view of it here, you can get a 360 view.

No problem - it will still work as there's an oil storm inside the crankcase

I'm hoping that with the Speedsoarce blank-off plates this pan will also work with the 3SGE engine for road racing. I want to run this set-up with a remote oil filter, oil cooler, and an accusump system.

yes it will. the only weird thing you'll need is a plug for the turbo return.

Just checked the Speed-source site and they are not listing the blank-off plates for the Moroso pan anymore! Guess I'm just gonna have to call them and see if they still make them.
