JDM ST165 GT4 - Wheels and new coilovers installed!!! PICS!

seems my old threads got deleted in the forum crash so ill start a new one now one the black GT4 for anyone who cares :cheers

heres just a few pics of when i got it as i dont really have an recent pics anyways haha :roll








anyways what ive been up to lately....

firstly... coilovers thanks to MXP_57



will be installed asap and look very legit!

next i finally finished my oz racing wheels :naughty:

heres a few pics of the progress....

when i first got them



center caps well passed their used by date



Ordered new ones (couldnt find 47mm ones so had to get 50mm )so filled in middle section so they would have a greater surface to stick to...


dont have a pic of the wheels in primer but sprayed them in 2pak white and they came out amazing.. will always be using 2pak from now on :chuckles:


tyres on...



stickers on (thanks to my fiance) and new center caps....



all done...






Other bonnet in primer and ready to paint as well will hopefully do it next friday if weather is good

Here's some pics of the coilover install and just some random pics my missus took to try out the new camera... pretty happy with how its sitting, maybe still needs to go alittle higher at the back.... coilovers give a very nice ride also for those wondering...pretty easy to install only alittle messing around and fixing things on them...(mine 8kg front 6kg rear...stiff but fun :thumbup: )























and a bit of fun..on private property of course....








and got a new genuine fake momo wheel and knob to go on haha parents bought back from bali..



oh and bonnets almost ready to..

Thanks for the kind words guys, and to think, ive had crazy thoughts to sell it lately... was just getting over the way it looked but very glad i got off my ass and done something about it...

jamezzy, haha that last pic going down that little slope, i almost got hung up exhaust mudflaps etc scraping like crazy....was worth it but :crazy

Rick, yep made that bonnet for my old 162, kept it when i sold it but (bonnet had been 4 different colours in 2 years ahhaha)...... heres just a few pics of it...

new pics from today... just wet sanded and buffed bonnet... was thinking about painting the vent white...opinions??
