Ok... body shop picked up the car free of charge, getting the frame fixed... he said there is a chance of complications... IE... bumper butfucking itself... (car isn't safe...) for front end collisions so I'll have to be extremely carefull.

But its safe for any rear collisons... side I'm fucked aswell.. WOOO

    Need new alltrac.

I found out where my oil leak is... TURBOOOOO

So I'm getting the car back in about a week. Then I have to get the hole at the top of the windshield welded up then I have to cut shit out of the car... (rustingness)

I'm off to ask the car club if we have a mig welder or of any one in the club welds...

if not I'm gonna ask the teacher at the vocational school if he can help me.

What did you use to cut the rust out, and what ti clean up the welded stuff?

dremmel and an angle grinder. then I used a tar spray over the welds, followed by rust paint and then a truck bed liner

:( Dont think a dremmel could cut through what I need it too... thanks any way...

I'm wondering about grinding the weld down My rust is all exterior no interior rust tankfully...

use a cut-off wheel with the angle grinder, or use the dremmel, they can cut through the titanic if you have enough time

to grind down welds on the exterior you will probably need an air took of sorts. one with a 3 inch flexible sanding disk

An angle grinder with a metal cut off wheel is your best option when grinding weld's.

What else would make it look like his turbo's leaking oil then mafix? The oil pressure sending unit is near there right?

I was to pissed with the situation (body shop rust bit) so I just left I didn't check it too much, I told them if they move the car don't have it on for more than 10 mins at a time.

Well considering I have one of the "nastier" alltrac frames I've got my share of hardships, I haven't used the "damit tool" yet... so I say I'm handling things fairly well...

I get it back Monday (Friday of this week if I'm lucky) if they break the frame pulling it back I may just give up :( sell what I have and just forget about it until I have the money to buy a decent one. The motor swap into the 77 is a "wanted" project but I dont think I could handle the frustration so soon after the loss of an alltrac.

If they mess your frame up, I'll be down this weekend to get some parts from you.

    HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

I hope they dont... (Guy wouldn't confirm yes or no with me) but do I have to pay for anything if the break it?
