Don't use Wynns Stop Leak

    I know for a lot of you this is kind of a "duh" thing, but we figured out thats what killed my car. when it was added to the 5W30 in the summer it was ok, but adding it to the 10W30 in the winter put too much resistance for the piston, which in turn stressed the connecting rod and killed my poor celica...one day it shall roar again...(it really does roar, nasty hole in the muffler...)

    how thick is that stuff? lol i wouldnt say it cause the problem more of sped up another problem ;)

    the only additive to oil is Lucas oil treatment.

    stop leak...tisk tisk. what were you thinking. NEVER use any stop leak. for anything.

    i remember using stopleak on my ol` 2s motor cause the waterpump was dying...that fucked my heater up. lol.

    leaks are natural just let it go. its all about external oil cooling systems my K car ran near freezing

    yeah well it leaked a bit...then hitting the rev limiter getting out of snow drifts made it worse...so yeah...I learned my lesson
