They look like a set of pliers but they sort of "roll" out the metal so you can bend it inward so the scoop sits flush.

I made a new friend down the street that drive's a turbo'd Paseo...he's only 19 but he's an apprentice mechanic so he's got a little shop he's workin in maybe I can keep my hood there and work on it...hmmmm...

IIRC, the one hole scoop feeds cool air to the timing belt in the 205. There's an opening in the t-belt cover and a duct system that directs outside air to the T-belt.

Looks like the erebuni copy might assist in sending cold air to a cone filter.

Honestly, I think the dual-hole design looks better too.

erubuni has been in the business for a very long time. esracing has this scoop on his and my scoop came from erubuni. the parts are good but they are a little thin and made from blown fiberglass not layed fiberglass.

So im about to do this to my hood, Looks like you hand laid the FB..Correct? and did you use anything for the side supports?

Nope but I made sure the metal stayed in place before I laid the fb.... And no side supports but quite a few layer's of fiberglass to make sure this bitch won't crack from the heat!

    How many layers..?
    1.5 once per layer/sheet correct?
    liquid hardener/resin?

I did 3 layer's....was nice and solid when done.... The instructions come with the resin as to what mix to use... I pretty much just used half a can of resin and half a tube of hardener.... Got the kit for $25 I think...

one of these days... I worked on it while I was living temporarily at my brother in law's while we were waiting for the wife to get a job at the hospital and for me to find a good job haha....but now the hood's there and I'm here so...yeah...one of these days :D
