What pressure do you guys run,

I have just ordered a manual adjustment with gauge for the gt4

Also i see a lot run dump valves on hear and wondered why when i try to put mine on she runs like crap and have to revert back to the recirc valve ?

IIRC stock base pressure is 42. on the stock ems you need to use a rising rate regulator 1:1.

the car should only have a stumble on a shift under boost with a vented valve. if it runs like shit period with your valve on it then i would suspect you have a bad valve.

I think the valve could have been due to not being set right.
I still have the dump valve and will get it set right

Guys i have the adjustable regulator fitted,

Now it's set to 42 psi with the vac line disconnected, What should it be reading with the vac connected ? it's reading about 32-34
Feels good no hesitation.Just don't want her over fuelling and causing any damage plus she don't smell like it's running rich or also don't wont her weak.

    Cheers Shaun

It runs rough due to metered air being released into the atmosphere. The only way to solve it is to recirc your aftermarket valve or to go with a ST205 swap like me :D It doesn't affect the 205 since it's MAP based and not MAF based.

IIRC the base fuel pressure with NO vacuum is 32PSI but I may be wrong. The reason you need a rising rate FPR is because as boost increases your Fuel Pressure should increase so don't drive it without the vacuum line attached.

sorry it's 38 psi at idle with the vacuum line off. should be about 30 with the line connected.

Cheers guys i need to drop her down a bit then as she's on 42 psi vac disconnected and 32 vac connected

I am starting to collect the things i need for a 205 swap Scott so when she gives up i should have it all ready.
I have the ECU and the engine bay harness. Not a lot i know but a start lol.
