all 4 runs. it was a bit cold so tons of tire spin. of course on the race tires. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8j-uRKIbnJQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C98WO9ubV3Y http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCWEccYOmvM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_qjEEJahVQ
if i had music i couldn't hear it. my gopro is in the solid case. not the skeleton. so the sound is travelling through that and is still that loud.
i'm amazed (might be from weather conditions) that i spun the shit out of those tires. the boost level in the 4 runs were: run1 at 14.7psi, run2 at 20psi, run3 at 20psi, run4 at 22psi. i'm really excited to see the rusilts of all the work so far. now i think this year will bbe more of a "driver mod" than a car mod. the only thing i have on the plate for the car this year is body work and paint. and a serious lack of body vynal (altough SRT will be covering a lot of the sides). my new thoughts on the vynals: no support (sponsorship) from you = no recognition. speaking of which i need to update my mod list.
way way too cold for racing slicks. the street tire cars destroyed all the true slick guys. it was fun at any rate. and the second round i f'ed up and didn't get it recorded.

5th round double. i won f prepared and prepared class overall and actually had a decent PAX (for once) first time racing on the new rivals, new wheels, and soaking rain. i didn't even bring the slicks. i also broke 2 sections of the splitter (no biggie) and now i have this horrid exhaust rattle (which i want to change anyways) http://youtu.be/ndH2x9W4nak http://youtu.be/CHRSYz_-qo8 http://youtu.be/mUWp8XU6N2I http://youtu.be/V5Tla9S2xyI http://youtu.be/pkb1_H3xqX0
Well done is that the only type of racing you do? Would have loved to see that car down the quarter mile.
i quite drag racing a couple years ago. i kept breaking things and it was just un affordable. i'm sure i'd run 11s with this thing now in the states we call this type of racing autocross. its pretty safe (unless you are a tire) and very challenging.
i am excited to see my results today. i've sucessfully (and mistakenly) drifted a fwd car (2nd vid) i was 2 seconds off from the fastest car of the day (the course designer/new corvette grand sport/nationally renound driver (all the same guy)) and offically made the fast group. the new rims with the big hoosiers on them made the car! http://youtu.be/HKrLG2CHwvA http://youtu.be/Bhld4bWmYhA http://youtu.be/SBCfreE15NA http://youtu.be/vFlultU8Yu8
