you can mount the suspension of a celica st182 in to st162 ?

    I wonder if you can mount the suspension of a st182 or is required to link to my st162

    Tim is actually in the process of mounting megan coilovers right now...front bolts up but the back requires modding.

    is that I was watching one of ebay in Australia that are tailor-made but will not know how, and to make them known brands st182

    I will have more on this over the weekend as I have time to work on Jasmine's install.


    The 90-93 ST182 GT/GTS appear to be a close direct bolt in. What I saw around the web was that the fronts required the hub to be drilled out due to different sized bolts (19mm vs 21mm on the st182). This was not the case on my '89 GTS. The fronts bolted in directly with no modification necessary.

    The rears however the upper mount was a bolt in, but the hub bolts however are spaced differently (maybe 1/4" to 1/2" off). This is a simple fix I think.

    hello seank90 thanks for the contribution but are coilovers shocks on st162 series then I do not know if it solves the worth or not in the spindle

    he is just showing you that the st182 suspension can fit with a small bit of modification to the rear of the car!

    Yes it's possible. I used 90-93 GT/GTS megan coilovers on my '89 GTS.
