Hey guys I need a hand. hopefully I can get a quick response so I can drive my car to work tonight. I pulled my wiper motor out and I'm having a hard time getting it back in. I was going to take the nut off the linkage on the motor but the joint popped out while I was trying to get it out. now I can't get the joint put back together. is there any easy way to access this part of the linkage?
you can try removing the plastic vents above the firewall you may be able to get it back on with a long prybar...other than that your left with the round hole the motor fits into, you might try powering the motor and rotating the linkage to a different angle so you can snap the 2 pieces back together I have been able to snap the 2 pieces back together using the round motor mounting hole but it is a challenge
