    Obviously sealed beam lights suck.

    What colour is your car?

Black projectors would look sick on a dark car....

Otherwise I say go diamond or projector...those yellow ones are ugly...

yellow does provide the best vision in bad weather though. and i am a fan of yellow so i am a little biased. but i like the clear so you can grab color h-4. where can you get the yellow ones from? just out of curiosity?

All of these are from ebay. The top two are about $45 shipped with just the regular projectors being about $35 and the clears being about $25. Right now the car is a multicolored grey/brown with rust and bare metal. I plan on painting it flat or satin black within the next month or so.

Its gonna be hard giving up HIDs that all of my other cars have. I think the biggest deal with these new lights will be light output/beam pattern. Post your experiences with any of the above if you have any.

You can put HID's into those projectors.

Yea I know, and thought about it too. This car is supposed to be a daily driver only not a money pit to mod, says the wife. :? Any car I buy has to have something done to it ;)

And the bi-xenon H4 HIDs are about $250.

I'd suggest not to buy them from ebay, apparently theres no cutoff on the housings and the lighting ends up to be scattered. At the end of the day it's a "you get what you pay for" situation. I would recommend Hella h4, Bosche, or Raybrig housings which are much better in quality. Otherwise I am a fan of yellow as well

I was kinda wondering about the quality. I know somethings can be great deals and others complete shit off of ebay.

i just bought the projecter lights with h4 bulbs and installed them last night. they work great and i have had no problems with them, but i wouldnt trust what i say quite yet, seeing as ive only had them for a day and havent given them enought time to mess up :)

On the black projectors.... On one of the auctions for them they say something like they are not suitable for driving due to the black reflector and I was thinking that didn't matter since it was a projector.

If you look closely at the sliver projector pic above, you see why it says that. They simply take the reflector housing and add some sort of suedo projector infront of where the bulb is. It will essentially be a reflector housing with a partial projector beam  . I have decided that I will be some glass e-code housings based on beam pattern and overall light speard.
I will get one of these:

I have read many great reviews on these specific lights on some jeep boards I found.
