   Looks as if in certain spots a layer has been taken off.. was like this when i bought it and have no idea how it even happened :x

   You guys got any idea's or is it worthwhile just to look for a new hood at a wrecker? Or are those really expensive?
   
   I guess this counts as another negative about my car If I had the money I'd get it painted.. or (if i was tought how to) myself after a bit of practice and if it aint too hard

   The clear coat is peeling. Happens with older cars. Its just part of life.

   Not really, easier to strip the hood down and repaint/reclear.
