    water...that's smart....

You realize antifreeze along with having a lower freezing point, also has a higher boiling point right?

$I recently finished with a flush, keep in mind I'm not driving the car, most I do is start it up to let it run for about 5 mins every other day

:p Putting the generic neon yellow stuff in after body work is done cause I'll be driving it more often.

Gotta say only run Glycol based coolant in mine, normally use Toyota own stuff, know its mega price, but as our engines can suffer from bad corriosion in water ways, think it wise.

lol my resovoir doesnt hold any with a hole at the bottom so its a constant flush, but being a good car it barely needs the tank :D

    Toyota red coolant for mine.

  13. Never run anything but Water Wetter in my rides. Amazing how much better it cools. Pretty sure the fan has never come on in my 5th gen since I put it in.

I'm currently using Toyota OEM, long-life, red.

Just got off the phone with Recochem (they make coolant for Canadian Tire's Motomaster Line). Their technical advisor assured me that Motomaster Global Long-Life (5 years) Antifreeze is silicate-free. I just bought some on sale :)
