Hi guys, I was dismantling my cylinder head today so thought I'd make a quick video on how to use a valve spring compressor to remove your valves before sending the head off for machining. Cylinder head work seems to be something that a lot of people are afraid to do themselves, but with the right tools and a little patience it's pretty easy, and you'll save a lot of money by not having to get the machine shop to do it for you.
