Hey Guys, I am new to this forum. I just picked up an 88 All Trac with 130k Miles for $2k. Looking to give this thing some tlc. With the 5 Speed Trans in these cars can you fill the fluid from up top after removing the shifter? Or is it like a z32. have to fill it up from under the car? Thanks in advance guys
Welcome Agent Remember there are 2 drain plugs on a GT4. I just pull the reverse switch out or the tensioner and fill using a funnel/pipe. You will need to check levels again after a few hours as it may take a while for oil to flow into the transfer case
