The one hanging off of the positive end of the battery, anyone want to let me know the wiring diagram for that? I only have the BGB, no wiring book! I believe the three fuses are ALT AM1 and AM2. If you guys also have the diagram for the wires coming off the alternator, that would be appreciated. The P.O. wins a darwin award for some ghetto fuse box install (that works great), but i'm trying to clean up the engine bay from his shitty wiring!
I have an 89 wiring manual. It has several pages referring to the fuse assembly on the battery. It will take me a bit to scan all pages in.
the wiring to the alternator and the ALT fuse has been cut/spliced and ghetto'd back together. looks like shit. and on top of that, my 12v voltage seems to always not charge enough even with a new (reman) alternator.
When the car is idling, what's the voltage directly off the alternator stud? Check it when it is idling, as well as at 2k RPM. I know it has those diagrams, I'll scan it all tonight.
