Unfortunately im in the horrible prediciment of having to watch my cars detiorate due to the elements so im contemplating selling them as getting hold of good dry storage cheap doesnt look like something that will happen anytime soon.

the first car is pretty much standard (except for a set of fox alloy wheels which came with the car)
its a 89/90 car Registration No: G90 JNT

Its black, has 112,000 genuine miles with full service history upto around 95,000 (iirc) has all original manuals etc and runs and drives fine
(Arches have started to blister as has sunroof but both are still solid and the rust hasnt got throgh yet but the sunroof hasnt opened since before christmas 2012)

the 2nd is a donor car i bought with plenty modifications on it,
Off the top of my head it has

    Fibre glass front wings/fenders
    LED Side indicators
    HID headlights
Later model upgraded engine not sure on spec but i believe its from a st182 but that might just be me being preumptious definately looks different)
    Apexi induction kit
4 into 1 race exhaust manifold
diamond drilled and grooved brake discs
    short shift gear stick
    uprated ht leads + plugs
    40mm lowered (fensport)
sports shocks think they are kyb will confirm if anyones interested)
Toyota mr2 sw20 alloy wheels in black
Performance clutch kit (not sure on brand as was in car when bought , only covered 5 miles though)
    Braided brake hoses
    aluminium oil catch tank
    ebc brake pads
full poly bushes through out (less than 5 miles ago)
Horrible subaru impreza bonnet vent installed by previous owner
gearbox is fine as is engine

shell has 220,000 miles on it , engine has very low mileage on it (i was told approx 40,000) ive no proof of this though, but to go to the hasle of doing an engine swap and modifying it i took their word for it.

theres quite a few other bits n pieces on it but ill have to detail the car (its currently on a friends drive and hes asked me to move it so will be sooner rather than later

if i do sell them id ideally prefer the buyer to take both,
if no interest i suppose i would consider breaking them but would prefer not too especially the black one.

(working out how to add pictures now)

ill get some later today, getting an email this morning sying id received a reply was actually quote disheartening lol, not sure if i could go through with the sale but on the other hand dont want to put a load of work into something that in a year or 2's time will be to far gone to justify keeping on top of it

It is a shame when good looking complete & drivable cars get broken up to make a few bucks, rather than being sold complete (even at a much lower price than they should be sold)

I haven't heard of a successful part out sale generating substantially more funds without an extended sale period and a lot of man hours devoted to the dismantle jobs.

Let us all know the result and I hope it goes better than ending with two driveway/garages full of two disassembled cars that end up costing all your part out sale funds to truck the remaining parts away.

Thanks for the post of concern, but the reason im breaking them now is because i actually made 50% more parting my last one out compared to trying to sell it.
so far the request for parts has been significant the only thing thats held me back has been the snow which for the past 2 days seems to have eased off.

if you need anything please post in my other thread

    thanks.
