I"ve had this minor noise for a couple of years, although my mechanic says theres nothing that can be done. The steering makes a squeaking rubbery kind of noise when I turn, however at night time it clears up, no sound whatsoever. I think it might be weather/temperature related, maybe expanding at certain times. Driving wise theres never been a problem, just a bit annoying! By the way, I am new to the site although I"ve owned my st162 for 10 years, such a brilliant site and helpful, so glad to have discovered it. Its just a shame that we"re so far away from you guys!
