ok so as of recent, when i start up (both when the engine is cold and warm) the motor starts to feel as if it's bogged up. its stuttering, stinks of fuel, and sometimes i see some smoke coming out the header/ exhaust manifold area.. no other smoke out the pipe or anything.. any diagnosis'? thanks in advance!

Other than the converter you could check all 4 plugs are clean and compression is the same.
You may have a dead plug or leaky cylinder

If it was antifreeze you'd have overheating problems and loosing water from the rad etc.

Could just be extra fuel from a faulty cold start injector or in very rare cases brake fluid leaking into your brake servo and being sucked into the intake. Maybe there is crap burning in the cat like Mafix says.

Can't think of anything else right now
