I am kinda leaning towards doing the St185 swap into MY 86 GTS.
Does anyone have to interior wiring diagram. for the 185 and 162 so I that way i can repin my interior harness to fit the 185 ECU.

How difficult is it to repin a harness?

Also for the 185 Engine harness the only thing that need to be done to it is just extending it right?

would it be possible to run the interior off the st162 ecu, and have the 185 ECU to only run the engine?

    interior harness?
st16x does not have an interior harness that plugs into the ecu

i would agree, the engine harness has 3 plugs into the ecu and runs through your engine bay to the battery` as for the interior harness their pretty much independent of the ecu. (i think there is one connector) as for re-pinning a harness... its more trouble than its worth. granted if you can keep trac of what wire goes to what pin, it still has the chance of failing due to cutting the harness.
