You could pay a pro and have it installed, but I'd never attempt it myself - I'm an artist not a mechanic 8)
yea, i'd rather do it alone. for the experience. just hope not to fail beyond repair. im broke! cant afford to lose the celica
i know csnyder would love to sell you one of his kits. and he has all the parts. and he is dirt cheap ATM. way cheaper then me and i have 2 kits as well. IIRC you need to cut 2 inches or so from the center of the rear bumper. and massage the side skirts a little. it should all fit elsewhere.
