Heh.. those stripe designs look similar to the body work I did, with the big triangle going through the door handles, and then the curve back towards the bottom of the door. I like the way rye's second one goes up onto the wheel flares, but I like the front curve of rye's first one better. Having the end of it stop at the wing draws your eyes to naturally follow the flow of the wing. Whereas on the second one, the overlap provides a harsher transition. Additionally, I think the forward spike goes too far forward, and follows the body line too much. The problem is that you are using a straight-topped spike, but when you get to the hood, the body lines start to curve down. Your eye wants to follow it right off the top of the car, rather than into the nose of the car. So to offset that, you either need to make the spike shorter, and point it more downwards, or stop it sooner after the door.
Personally...I wouldn't put big vinyls' anywhere NEAR my car....especially if I had access to paint like mafix does....but again...not my car haha
