I was thinking about doing a single windshield wiper, like you would see on euros, or auto racing cars. Has anyone done it? And how would you do it?
like mine lol i it sure does scare the passengers in the rain thou.... I know willy has done it the proper way thou.....
I did it on my winter beater lolz you would have to do some major mod to the motor/assembly to get a large enough sweep if you want to wiper to sit at the bottom and still wipe the entire window though
Here in the Netherlands it's a PUKE thing to do to your toyota, all VW Golf drivers (With caps and hanging in the middle of the car while driving) have this... I prefer the look of that single wiper. To each his own. Looks like Mafix did a pretty awesome job of doing this... Looks good bro! What did you have to go through to do that? Like, is there a step by step how to, or something?
Mafix his wiper looks more like the DTM one. Isn't it possible to use a big wiper like Mercedes has? That would surely improve the looks on a singlewiper job.
had a single wiper on my 86....left 2 on the 88....personally I think it's much cleaner with 2....they don't sit in the middle of the window when they're not on...so....yeah..
i took the pass arm and mounted it on the driver side with a 22 inch blade then rotated the cam the motor bolts to to start in the middle
