hey guys when i first bought my gen 4 it had an 3sge exhaust manifold on it everytime tvis would open it would sound like vtec/lift i then changed the manifold to the correct one and a full exhaust system as well as a pod filter. ever since then i havent heard intake noise ive cleaned and sandblasted manifold, overhauled the flaps replaced every vacuum line. i checked the loom and found that it was giving 0.3V when the ignition is on, them read that i should be getting 12v, the other vsv valve plug was getting the 12v so i swapped them over. after all this it still hasn't changed is this normal or am i doing something wrong ?
