   I just changed out my ATF and put in fresh gear oil, so I want to run it for a while and see if it makes any difference. I'll give your suggestion a try in a couple months if I don't feel any difference.

   It should feel better already, the trick is to get the additive coatings out of the box so maybe an oil change
   will help dump all the dirt and additives.
   
   How was your oil? much dirt?

   I can't say that it feels noticeably better.
   The ATF was fairly clean b/c I had replaced it within the year when I removed a CV axle.
   I was expecting some metal shavings and such, but there wasn't much to speak of.
