I went to the scrap yard today and found a coupe GTS that has power windows/locks of course the doors arent red so what i would like todo is buy both doors and them take them apart and swap the covers/inners with my red doors. can this be done and would my (currently non power locks/windows GT) have the proper connections..
take your door panels off to see if you have the connectors in there for it. That'd be the only way to tell.
they will bolt up. as long as yo uhave the blue connector in the kick panels they should work. you may need some relays or fuses.
..toyota wouldn't go through the trouble of making a different door altogether....it is possible that they just don't stamp out certain pieces of metal or don't tap certain threads but I just can't see them making different doors
